Founded on March 31, 2022, in beautiful Hope, British Columbia, the ANU founders believe that Canadians are truly better when we work together and formed All Nations United, a Labour Union steeped in Indigenous values.
Since then, ANU has grown, certifying workforces at several employers, adding benefits, pension and training programs and bringing our values of respect, dignity, honesty, collaboration, and unity into the Canadian labour world.
Not all unions are created equal. The traditional unions are often bogged down by their own massive bureaucracy, entrenched political ideology, and their inherent and illogical distrust of anyone outside their union executive.
ANU refuses to be like that. Joining ANU is a transformative experience rooted in Indigenous values. ANU stands out as a progressive force committed to justice, respect, and the well-being of our workers. Unlike its competitors, ANU prioritizes collaboration, unity, and family-like support, ensuring that your voice is heard and your rights are protected.
